Maximum Occupancy The house has a maximum occupany of 10 guests in 7 beds, and 2 infants in a baby's crib and playpen. This occupany maximum must be strictly adhered to (with no exceptions), as the homes Insurance Policy is specific in this detail. If it is found that these maximum occupancy levels are being increased by the holidaying guests, ALL guests will be asked to leave the premises immediately, and no monies will be refunded, for any part of any remaining vacation time, due to the cancellation of the said violation. Booking A booking enquiry will be held for a maximum period of 7 days. A secure booking can only be secured on receipt of a $200/£200 deposit. Deposit A $200/£200 deposit is required to hold the reservation until 8 weeks prior to the arrival date, when the remaining balance will become due. Full payment is required at the time of booking, for vacation start dates to commence less than 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. Cancellation The full $200/£200 deposit is refundable up to 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. 50% of the $200/£200 deposit is refundable for cancellations 8- 4 weeks prior to the arrival date, and 0% deposit is refundable for cancellations 4-0 weeks prior to the arrival date (unless due to unforeseen circumstances by the Homeowner, whom will make every Endeavour to re-home you if required). Written notification of cancellation to the Homeowner/Management Company is required. If a cancellation occurs by the Guest, an administration fee of $25/£15 will be deducted from any refunded monies due to the Guest. If the cancellation arises from the Homeowner, no administration fee will be deducted from any monies refunded back to the Guest Balance The balance of the holiday to be paid 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. Long Stays For bookings of 21 nights or more, special daily/weekly rates are applicable. Arrival/Departure Times The Villa has an arrival day time of not before 3pm, and a departure day time of before 10.30am. Please contact the Homeowner/Management Company if difficulties occur with respect to these times. Late check-ins/check-outs may be available, although this is governed by previous departing/incoming guests. Cleaning All prices include cleaning for stays of 5 nights or more. Swimming Pool The Homeowner/Management Company does not accept any Liability for death, personal injury/accidents or loss of personal effects however so caused, as a result of the use of the pool. All children must be supervised, and are the sole responsibility of the Renter/Guest. Force Majeure The Homeowners/Management Company cannot be held responsible or liable for strikes, riots, war, weather conditions, airport closures, or other events beyond our control. No Smoking Policy 'Nearest-Disney' is a smoke free zone, although smoking is permitted within the lanai, as long as all evidence is cleared away daily. Dog Bookings/ Breakage Deposit Dogs are allowed in the Villa, but permission must firstly be sought, before the vacation begins. If permission is not given and animals are found to be on the property, you will be asked to leave the home immediately, and no monies will be refunded for any amount of your cancelled vacation. A separate $200 check to cover breakages/damage will be required with your final balance, but will not be cashed, unless you inform us any damage during your vacation, or we are informed by our Cleaning staff after your departure. If no breakages/damage has occurred, the cheque will be returned to your home address within 7 days of your departure from the Villa. Pool Heating Pool heating is available at an extra charge of $25/£12 daily (excluding 13% tax). Pool heating is recommended for the months October-May. Guests must not tamper or adjust any of the pool heating controls. If this action is found to have occurred, the Guests will be subject to forfeit their damage deposit. Gas BBQ The barbeque has been supplied for your use and enjoyment. A drip mat has been supplied and must be used when the barbeque is in use. Gas bottles can be bought at most garages/supermarkets, and rental charges do not include for the supply of this. The barbeque is used at the sole responsibility of the Guest, and no liability can be held to the Homeowner/Management Company for any accidents/incidents which may occur to the Guest/party. Vehicles All vehicles must be parked on the driveway or in the garage overnight. Formosa Gardens Estate Homeowners Association do not allow cars to be parked overnight on the road, and as Security patrol the area frequently, if this is not adhered to, it could result in your car being towed or a fine issued at your expense. The Homeowner/Management Company accepts no responsibility/liability if this occurs. * By acceptance of a deposit, you will have been deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the above conditions. |
